Online enrollment was a huge hit last summer! Enrollment has been simplified and will almost ALL be offered online again this year!
Please be sure to complete the online Enrollment Form which is now taking place of all physical papers! The online Enrollment Form for Summer 2024:

When you finalize enrollment on Aug 6-7, you'll make payment or fee arrangements, and turn in anything extra that you needed.
Preschoolers still require the physical preschool paperwork packet -- this is what builds their school file!
We will have student class lists posted as usual
We will have a few handy flyers available to take home
We will have chairs outside the school office if you arrive early so that the 2 parents enrolling every 7 minutes have as much privacy as possible!

PAYMENTS & LUNCH
Don't forget that if you set up a payment plan with the bookkeeper, you can sign up to have your payment AUTOMATICALLY withdrawn from your checking account each month -- save yourself from the checks, extra papers, and the hassle! Payment installments are broken up over a total of 9 months if you decide to set up a payment plan. You may also pay quarterly or per semester.
You must complete the ACH form every summer if you want to continue having payments automatically withdrawn, even if you completed it last year!! Please find the form linked here and turn it at enrollment with a voided check!
Scholarship opportunities are available through the Salina Diocese for all students entering grades Kindergarten as well as new students grades 1st-5th if your family qualifies for Free & Reduced Meals! If you think your family may qualify, but aren't sure, we strongly encourage you to complete this brief Application linked below! If you qualify, you will receive financial assistance toward your child's student enrollment fees!

4.) Kansas Dept. of Health Medical Record Packet (must be signed by your physician in this current year 2024 by end of September)
5.) Statement of Immunizations Form
*For incoming preschoolers, be sure to return any additional paperwork from your preschool packet from preschool parent info night!
*New families & incoming preschoolers, also please don’t forget:
A copy of your child’s birth certificate
A copy of your child’s baptismal certificate
A copy of your child’s most recent immunizations from their physician
