Food & Nutrition Services
Free & Reduced Meal Application
A Free & Reduced meal application is included in every family’s folder at enrollment in August, but you can also click the link here to download it to your computer. Please fill out in full and send it to the school office as soon as possible. You can bring the application with you to enrollment. The sooner we get the application, the quicker we can process it and notify you of your eligibility. Please remember that you need your OWN copy of this application for your family, we cannot share an application with TMP or other schools that your older children attend! Each school needs their own copy with their school name reflected at the top. Thank you!
Lunchroom Volunteer Responsibilities are available here for all parents who sign up to help serve lunch.
Meal Payment Totals Chart is available here — to see approximate lunch totals for a month, semester, or whole school year per child.
